  Grafana OnCall. Each subscriber can connect a different incoming webhook
  URL, allowing one workflow to route alerts to the correct Grafana stack
  without storing a shared webhook on the integration.

  When a workflow reaches a Grafana Tool step, Novu resolves the Grafana
  channel endpoint registered for the subscriber and sends the rendered alert
  to that incoming webhook. If the subscriber has no matching endpoint, Novu
  skips the Tool step for that subscriber.
