Overview
Microsoft Teams is a communication and collaboration platform used across Microsoft 365 organizations. Novu Connect lets your existing agent participate in Teams conversations without requiring a separate integration layer for Teams messages and events.
How it works
Novu Connect receives messages and replies from Microsoft Teams, preserves their conversation context, and routes them to your agent. Responses are delivered back to the correct conversation with support for Adaptive Cards, actions, approvals, rich text, reactions, ordered message processing, and messages that update in place.
Configure
From your agent project, run:
npx novu connect --channel teams
Complete the CLI flow. When the CLI opens the Novu dashboard, finish the Microsoft Teams connection there and return to the CLI to complete the setup.
